• To Exchange an Item: Please email us at exchanges@emmrelle.com with your order number and a brief description of your request (e.g., “I’d like to exchange my large bracelet for a smaller size”). Our team will respond with further instructions.
• To Return an Item: Please email us at returns@emmrelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with further instructions. 
  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Please note that shipping fees are under the customer's responsibility for returns and exchanges unless in case of a faulty item as per our Quality Guarantee.

Signed For Deliveries: For 'signed for' deliveries (Next Working Day and Saturday), someone must be available at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card, and you can reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time.

International Shipping Terms: Emmrelle is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, or missing parcels sent internationally. Once parcels are handed over to the courier in the recipient's country, we no longer have control over, or responsibility for, the delivery process. Customers are also responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties associated with international orders.

UK Addresses: Emmrelle is not responsible for deliveries made to a PO Box or forwarding address provided by the customer. We are also not liable for incorrect addresses entered by customers. We ensure that your package is delivered to the correct building at the address provided during checkout, but we are not responsible for the security of the package once delivered.
